How to return an item

Create a return request first.

Open the order in My account, choose the item or part, and print the return instructions before mailing anything.

  1. Choose the resolution.
    • Within 30 days: refund
    • Within 366 days: warranty service
  2. Choose the item or part.Existing open returns are listed and cannot be requested twice.
  3. Include the instructions.Print the confirmation page and include it in the package so we can match it to your request.
Returns are processed within 1-3 days of arrival. Returns received without an RMA request may be delayed, and only complete returns will be considered for a refund. Eligibility is verified again when the request is submitted.
